 Mom - Senior Picture 1976 It would be impossible for me to share 31 years of memories I have with Mom. What I can tell you is she was the epitomy of awesome. Being only 19 years apart I always felt lucky to have someone to share music with, books with, someone who, not only nurtured me and protected me, but was my friend, too. Mom loved to laugh and she loved to give. One of her favorite times of year was Christmas. She was Santa Claus. Whether it was making blankets for a homeless shelter or thinking of new charities, her ambitious nature was contageous.
I miss her so terribly. I want to celebrate her life because I carry a huge piece of her in my heart. I wouldn't be who I am today without her and as selfish as this may seem, I'm thankful she was my Mom because I had the very best of everything this world had to offer through her.
